MAJOR STRATEGIC PLANNING ISSUES

Based on the environmental scan and cross impact matrix, the Advisory Board has determined that Friends of Sudan Program should address the following major issues over the next 1 year or longer as appropriate.

Donor support. What strategies can FSP put in place to attract more donor support, especially from local government agencies and NGOS?

Clinic  Equipments. How can FSP acquire sufficient funds within the next six months to make the clinic fully operational, self-sustaining and profit making in/out patient services?

Administrative Structure.  How can FSP develop an effective administrative structure in order to streamline its operations?

Church growth. What must be done to ensure that spiritual growth is enhanced among the local community leading to transformed lifestyle?

Operating Budgets.  What must FSP do to ensure that its annual budget are fully balanced through revenue expansion or cost reduction?
